Program Description:
A start-up accelerator in Cambodia established by AUPP Technology Center (ATC), Red Team Partners Global, and ChainsAtlas Pte Ltd. ARC, situated in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, functions as a transformative startup incubator, offering comprehensive support over an intensive three-month span:
1. Central Hub: ARC provides a collaborative workspace, fostering community and networking among entrepreneurs within its premises.
2. Business Guidance: The incubator extends various forms of business support, including mentorship, advice, and coaching from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts.
3. Resource Accessibility: Startups at ARC gain access to essential resources such as office equipment, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and administrative services, effectively reducing initial operating costs.
4. Funding Access: ARC facilitates opportunities for funding, connecting startups with seed capital, grants, or venture capital connections crucial for their early development.
5. Educational Programs: ARC conducts workshops, training, and seminars covering diverse business aspects, enabling entrepreneurs to enhance their skills in areas like marketing, finance, product development, and legal matters.
6. Networking Platform: The incubator creates networking opportunities with fellow startups, investors, industry experts, and potential customers, fostering essential connections for growth.
7. Legal and Administrative Support: ARC assists startups with legal and administrative tasks, including business registration, contract drafting, and intellectual property management.
8. Time-Limited Assistance: ARC's structured three-month program provides startups with focused support to become self-sustaining and achieve their goals.
9. Equity Participation: In return for the support, ARC acquires a 5 percent equity stake in the startups, with terms varying based on the startup's needs and circumstances.
10. Selective Admission: ARC employs a competitive application process, accepting a limited number of startups based on criteria such as team qualifications, business uniqueness, and market potential.
11. Demo Day: At the end of the three-month incubation period, startups at ARC participate in a singular demo day, showcasing their progress and products to potential investors and the broader business community.
